- As a long time Sake lover and the owner of several businesses in Houston, including TOKYO STORY(toy & lifestyle) and Hayabusa Energy USA (oil & gas), Yo played a seminal role connecting H-town to Joe’s passion to globalize Sake culture.
Yo’s favorite style of drinking Sake is “Junmai” (alcohol-from-rice-only) in hot temprature around 120F, a.k.a “Atsukan”, and he likes to drink while standing, wearing Geta sandal.
