As a founder and CEO of Japan Taste Marketing Inc, Nakata-san has dedicated his professional life to promotion of Japanese food & beverage culture in US through various events and exhibitions, often in collaboration with Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
Nakata-san also represents and helps market local distribution of several Japanese Sake breweries and food products.
His other positions includes: CEO, Gindako USA (Tako-yaki); CEO, Tenkatori USA (fried chicken); Chairman, Japan Food Culture Association
Nakata-san’s favorite style of Sake is Cho-karakuchi (extra-dry).
His motto is “man should shut up and drink Sake”
