Washu Fest has grown into one of Japan’s largest Sake festivals, held biannually in Tokyo and Osaka, with participation from around 40 Sake breweries across the country.
Now, Joe is embarking on a new journey to promote the intricate world of Sake on a global scale, starting from Houston, Texas.
Joe’s preferred Sake style varies with the season and location.
For the hot Texas summer, he recommends enjoying “Karakuchi” (dry) or sparkling Sake chilled.
However, given the extensive variety of Sake flavors and the different temperatures they can be enjoyed at, Joe believes the best way to find your perfect match is to attend one of his events and explore the tasty offerings firsthand!
