Washu Fest Houston Committee will host Japanese Sake & Food Festival Houston at
POST HTX in Downtown Houston. Under the concept of “Decadent sake and food pairing
experience”, we aim to expand the sake market of Houston.

Sake also includes definitions such as “made with rich background and cultural influence”,
“connecting people” and “tradition and renovation”.

Three teams from Tokyo, Los Angeles and Houston will work together to spread awareness
of the sake itself.

This event aims to bridge the cultural connection between Houston and Japan through the
appreciation of Japanese sake and culture. By showcasing both Japanese and local Houston
cuisine, we seek to foster friendship and understanding between the two regions.

We support sake that is cherished in local communities, breweries that continue to take on
challenges, and friends who love Japanese sake and culture.

At the Japanese Sake & Food Festival Houston, you can taste and compare a variety of
delicious sake that we recommend. Many people are pleasantly surprised to discover so
many great sake varieties they didn’t know about.

Throughout the event, you’ll have the opportunity to taste exquisite sake, engage with brewers
and fellow sake enthusiasts, and enjoy food, performances, and music.
